Your privacy is important to us. Laundrying believes in protecting the privacy of all our users. We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, communicate, and disclose information. This privacy policy reinforces our practices with PI through our site pages, mobile applications, and domains under Cyrene Technologies Group LLC (collectively “Laundrying”). This privacy policy does not address the use of information, as defined in Section 1 below, by our affiliates, providers, and other third parties on websites not part of Laundrying, as previously defined.

By using Laundrying, you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy, as well as general terms and conditions laid out in our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use Laundrying. Any changes to this privacy policy will be done without prior notice and will be made effective immediately upon posting. The changes will always be reflected on this Privacy Policy page. Continued use of Laundrying is implicit of an agreement with the new terms in the privacy policy.

1. What types of information do we collect from you?

  1. Personally Identifiable Information, or "any information about an individual maintained by an agency, including (1) any information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; and (2) any other information that is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information”, as defined by NIST. This information is voluntarily provided when you submit forms through Laundrying for any reason.
  2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information, or “information that may correspond to a particular person, account or profile, but is not sufficient to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains”, as defined by the MMA. This information corresponds to your usage, such as how you are accessing Laundrying and search terms. This information is not intended to identify users and is primarily used in internal analysis. Our third party providers may request additional Non-Personally Identifiable Information with the issuance of a notice to users.

2. How do we use information collected from you?

Before or at the time of collecting any information (refer to Section 1 for the different types of information), we identify the purposes for which information is being collected. We collect and use information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. We retain information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. We collect information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We make information readily available to customers about our policies and practices relating to the management of information.

3. How do we share information with third party providers?

Laundrying does not disclose information to non-providers, businesses and individuals with whom we do not have previous agreements, without prior notice to customers or to an individual. Our third party service providers may require information and will request so by providing notice to users. Uses of information by third party providers include, but are not limited to:

  • To provide a service, such as payment processing, customer service, and website hosting
  • To pursue legal action, such as collections agencies and law enforcement
  • To fulfill an order, which is sent to a service provider for further handling
  • To identify you in communication involving third party providers, such as a tailor
  • To complete a business transaction that involves an internal reorganization
